2. Booking & Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Process

• Customers can book services online, via phone, or in person.
• Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2.2 Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash.
• All payments are processed securely, and we do not store financial details.

2.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before travel: Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before travel: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: No refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Vehicle & Driver Responsibilities

• All vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and fully insured.
• Drivers are experienced, licensed, and trained for safety.
• Customers must follow driver instructions for a smooth and safe journey.

3.2 Passenger Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

3.3 Luggage Policy

• Customers are responsible for their belongings.
• The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.

4. Tour & Travel Guidelines

• All tours are subject to weather conditions and road safety.
• The company reserves the right to modify routes in case of natural disasters, strikes, or roadblocks.
• Entrance fees to tourist spots and extra activities are not included unless specified.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

5.1 Limitation of Liability

• We strive for punctuality, but delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
• The company is not responsible for injuries, loss of belongings, or third-party service failures.

5.2 Force Majeure

• We are not liable for service failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.
