1. Booking Cancellation

• Customers can cancel bookings by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours before service: Full refund (excluding transaction charges).
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. No-Show Policy

• If a customer fails to show up at the pickup location, no refund will be provided.
